We committed to 100% Fairtrade

Thanks to a resolution by Vice-President (Society and Citizenship) Rob Young at National Convention, we now have policy on Fairtrade.

Our member students’ unions voted unanimously for a joint ambition for all the cotton clothing sold in our students’ unions being Fairtrade by 2022, and also reaffirmed our commitment to workers’ rights in our clothing supply chain by agreeing to fund investigative and development work.
